Resumes alone are not sufficient to match a candidate to a job. Most job seekers list numerous skills on their resume but have a few that they really excel at. They should be willing to prove it by taking the skills assessment tests.

If you are a Job Seeker and you want a job as a C# programmer using Oracle as a back end database--take the C# and Oracle assessments to market your skills. This allows you to show your potential employer that you know the material. Employers can set an Alert to notify them if a job seeker takes skills that match their request.

If you are an Employer and you want a C# programmer who knows Oracle and Sybase--post a job and indicate that C#, Oracle, and Sybase assessments need to be taken before applying. This allows you to not be bothered by job seekers that have the skills on their resume but maybe are not their main skills.
